How we began
PoCoCo, which stands for Pinnacle Oath Consumer Oriented Company, was formed on Feb 14, 2011, to fulfill the wish of founder Kaizhi Jason Chen’s son—Kingsley.
Kingsley's Wish
That more businesses would follow in pursuit of those that are consumer-oriented rather than those that are product-driven. Kingsley charged that organizations should consider themselves buying customers rather than producing goods and services to sell.
Fulfilling his charge Kingsley charged that organizations should consider themselves buying customers rather than producing goods and services to sell. That is why the entire purpose of PoCoCo is to encourage positive public relations between producer and consumer by putting the focus on the consumer's needs and wants. In order to keep positive public relations, PoCoCo will constantly be redesigning itself as well as its programs in order to better suit the wishes of the consumer population; which, in turn will satisfy the needs of the producer population. The target consumers of PoCoCo are really any and all businesses. It is the charge of Kingsley and the will of PoCoCo to fulfill his wish in making every business, no matter how big or small, a consumer-oriented business. |
