Letter Note describing Change
This portion of the website is in regards to the cover letter piece of the assignment that was required for describing any changes that we made to our copies before turning in our final portfolio.
Dear Dr. Jessie Blackburn,
The Pinnacle Oath Consumer Oriented Company (PoCoCo) would like to formally thank you for showing interest in our company.
We at PoCoCo appreciate any feedback and criticism you may have to offer. Please, by all means, do not hesitate to voice your opinion about how we may better our business and provide a positive experience for you in the future.
Additionally, we would like to inform you that we have made some changes within our previously released information. We hope this does not cause any problems or concerns for you.
We hope to enjoy your continued support in making our charge the virtue of businesses everywhere.
Sincerely,
District CEO: Kaizhi Jason Chen
Changes to note:
Company Overview/Website Information: Our Company Overview and Website Information has been condensed, shortened, and divided into three separate categories:
The PoCoCo Standards of Trust has also been added to the company overview and website information portion as we believe it is an accurate reflection of our good will.
Press Releases: Our two feature stories have been revised and edited so to reduce any grammatical errors. Stylistic changes have also been made so that the "PoCoCo" name matches that of our website. Previously, "PoCoCo" was styled as "Po Co Co." or even "Po.Co.Co."
The name of the Rochester, NY, branch CEO has also been changed to Kaizhi Jason Chen in both press releases. Previously, "Dr. Kaizhi Jason Chen" was attributed as "Dr. John Smith." This change was also made so to correlate with the formal presentation given at the end of the semester. The presenter was introduced as "Kaizhi Jason Chen."
Company Logo: We have reintroduced our Company Logo document and our reasoning behind the choices that we made in designing the PoCoCo logo. Although it is not an integral part of the portfolio, we believe the information found in it is useful in understanding the PoCoCo thought process.
Business Cards: We updated our business cards to hold our most current contact information. Also, the Rochester, NY, branch was chosen to represent this district, so, CEO Kaizhi Jason Chen's contact information is provided instead of any of the other CEOs.
The new contact information is now as follows:
Crisis Communications: The "Crisis Planning Worksheet" and the "ROPE Model" assignment have been joined together to represent the new "Crisis Communications" portion of the website. No major changes were made to either document except for minor grammatical changes and stylistic changes.
Kingsley's Wish: Formally known as "Guowang's Wish." The meaning behind it as well as the message it sends is still the same. The name was changed due to potential pronunciation issues. "Guowang" is my son's Chinese name and "Kingsley" is his English name.
Additional Comments:
If and when you have the time, please contact me with feedback regarding this final assignment. It has truly been a pleasure working with you this semester. Take care.
