Po Co Co. Offers Free Consumer-Oriented Training
BRADFORD, Pa. – The Rochester, NY, branch of Pinnacle Oath Consumer Oriented Company (PoCoCo) will be offering free consumer-oriented training to the members of the local Bradford, PA, business community.
Dr. Kaizhi Jason Chen, CEO of the Rochester, NY, branch of PoCoCo, will be personally conducting the free consumer-oriented training at the Seneca Building on February 2 from 2 p.m. – 2 a.m.
Chen said individuals that undergo the training are educated on basic consumer-producer relationship issues that the majority often face such as: trust building, trust renewal, commitment analysis, loyalty measuring, myopia staggering, positive relationship perspective theory, and how to have a consumer-oriented mindset.
PoCoCo is a private, nonprofit organization that provides services and programs to assist in building consumer-oriented business practices.
"Here at PoCoCo, we believe in creating positive consumer-producer relations," Chen said. "We hope that by extending this training to the larger Bradford community, we can create a supportive environment for the entire community."
Chen said that once a person is trained, he or she has the option to invest in becoming a full-fledged member. Members have access to other consumer-oriented training programs and better business databases, and members also have the ability to display the PoCoCo certificate, indicating they have successfully completed the required training.
"The PoCoCo Certificate of Completion is more than just a sign," Chen said. "It is a symbol that sends a message that your company is a trustworthy and respectable business."
Chen said that consumers would not have to think twice about trusting a business that has the ability to display the certificate. He also said the certificate improves consumer loyalty due to the credentials that the certificate holds.
"PoCoCo accreditation is a coveted honor earned by those who support the charge in seeking to refine and actualize core consumer-oriented company values," Chen said. "Upon successful completion of becoming accredited, the chief executive of any corporation will have utmost confidence in creating this positive type of environment, viewpoint, and aspiration in their own business."
This program is free and open to the public. Any questions or concerns can be resolved by contacting PoCoCo Rochester NY at 555-555-5555 or [email protected]
